Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 17, 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Zero to Creator website and community. By applying to, joining, or using Zero to Creator, you agree to these terms.
1. About Zero to Creator
Zero to Creator is a free online community designed to help creators connect, learn, share their work, access resources, and improve their content.
The community is currently provided free of charge.
Features, resources, content and availability may change over time as Zero to Creator develops.
2. Applications & Membership
Access to the Zero to Creator community is application-based.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We may accept or decline applications at our discretion in order to maintain a useful, genuine and close-knit community.
If accepted, your membership is personal to you. You may not share your account or provide another person with access through your account.
You are responsible for providing accurate information when applying and for keeping your account information secure.
3. Community Conduct
Zero to Creator is intended to be a useful and respectful space for creators.
By participating in the community, you agree not to:
- Spam, excessively self-promote or repeatedly solicit other members
- Harass, threaten or abuse other members
- Post unlawful, fraudulent, hateful or deliberately harmful content
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent who you are
- Scrape, harvest or misuse information about other members
- Use the community primarily to advertise or sell products or services without permission
- Disrupt the community or intentionally interfere with other members’ experience
Constructive disagreement, criticism and feedback are welcome. The aim of these rules is not to prevent normal conversation, but to protect the quality of the community.
4. Removal From the Community
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, restrict or permanently remove access to Zero to Creator at any time and for any reason, including where we believe it is necessary to protect the community, its members, or the quality of the experience.
Membership is provided at our discretion and does not guarantee continued or permanent access to the community.
Because membership is currently free, suspension, restriction or removal from the community does not entitle you to any refund, payment or compensation.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create and share within Zero to Creator.
By posting content in the community, you give us permission to host, display and process that content as reasonably necessary to operate the community.
You are responsible for ensuring that anything you share is yours to share and does not violate another person’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
We do not claim ownership of your videos, ideas, feedback, posts or other original content simply because you share them within Zero to Creator.
6. Zero to Creator Content
Unless otherwise stated, original Zero to Creator materials, including guides, templates, downloads, lessons, branding and other resources created by us, remain the intellectual property of Zero to Creator and/or George Alexander.
These materials are provided for your personal use.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish or commercially exploit these materials without permission.
7. Advice & Results
Zero to Creator provides educational content, resources, discussions and feedback relating to YouTube and content creation.
We cannot guarantee specific results from using the community or following any advice provided within it.
Examples, strategies, feedback and discussions should not be interpreted as guarantees of views, subscribers, revenue, monetisation, channel growth or any other particular outcome.
You remain responsible for decisions you make regarding your own channel, content and business.
8. Third-Party Services
Zero to Creator uses third-party services to operate parts of the website and community, including services such as Circle, Tally and Kit.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for outages, changes or other issues caused by third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.
9. Availability & Changes
We may update, change, add or remove community features, resources or content from time to time.
We may also temporarily or permanently suspend or discontinue all or part of Zero to Creator.
While we aim to provide a reliable community, we do not guarantee that the website or community will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zero to Creator and George Alexander will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, community, content or resources.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally as Zero to Creator develops or our services change.
When we make changes, the Last updated date at the top of this page will be revised.
If a change materially affects how the community operates, we may also provide additional notice where appropriate.
